I was unsure of my opinion when you began this thread hoofie, and I don't think that has really changed.
Not knowing what the DOJ is or is not investigating is probably better than all the leaks seen recently. His recusal from the Russia collusion seems to be a main talking point, but that may be the best thing he has done for Trump by allowing another year of liberal media's failed attempts to connect those dots.
Then again, he does have that deer in the headlights look...

The FBI is really taking a beating, and rightly so. Although most of the accusations occurred before him, he is in charge of it now.
I fully agree with the California charges. I wish there was a way to fast track this through the court systems. Remember when Arizona stepped over the Feds on immigration laws? The Obama DOJ was all over it and won, setting the precedent for this incident.

Exactly! If a state who tries to compliment federal immigration law is ruled against by SCOTUS, then another state attempting to undermine federal immigration law should be halted at it's first appearance.
However, although I agree with Arizona's position, it would be inconsistent to not afford California the same right as neither state differs from the founding father's intentions. Stupid is legal.
