it appears the Trump Slump has arrived.
I can't seem to get any equipment sold at all and i see chain store after chain store going bankrupt and out of business.
Those tax breaks appear to not be working as people seem uncertain as to whether to spend money on things they want vs need. it appears no one has any money for hobbies, etc these days.
this is scary.
other countries economies seem to be doing better than we are!!!

GDP growth is still positive and at percentages not seen in decades. Our retail economy is growing on the internet. There will be more demands in the delivery services. I can order large items from Home Depot or Lowe's and get free delivery and removal of the old unit. I even buy batteries on Amazon because of the free shipping.
Stagecoach wheels and buggy whips aren't as popular as they once were. It's ironic that Sears was founded and operated primarily with catalogs. They have been beaten at their own original business plan. They relied on financing, revolving credit instead of actually selling merchandise. Walmart is experimenting with local delivery for a flat $10 fee. Is it worth $10 to not have to go to the store?
The GDP numbers prove otherwise.

That your sales are in a funk dictates you need to evaluate your marketing plan.
Sears/Kmart and Toys R Us were in trouble long before November 2016. They are meeting their long overdue deaths.
Anyone who is undecided whether to pay for wants instead of needs is stupid. A tax break or a tax increase would still leave them with their befuddled finances Those that spend their money wisely have plenty for hobbies. The corrolary is that they also know when a hobby is too expensive.

I'm getting close, John Doe. I've been so busy that ducks have taken over my pontoon. No time to ride or fish.
