Whatever you want to call it, she still violated it...Changes nothing...its a felony...I am quite sure Jimi can figure it out... As I said to hoofie, you should go talk to FBI director Comey about these Clinton felonies that you have evidence for, because you obviously have some information that the FBI does not have access to. The Federal Records Act places into law as what and how government officials when leaving office have to turn over all their records...If the FBI would have just gone after Clinton for violations of the FRA, they would have probably had a much stronger case rather than trying to go for the juggler...Anyone and all handling of classified information are required when leaving their duties to turn over all documents...Classified or unclassified... If you haven't read the act, then you should familiarize yourself with it...then you can better understand her criminal acts...

All of these actions have convinced me that the fix was done in July. The FBI director was pressured to render the decision, which was not his to make, because the AG had "the appearance of impropriety". The function of the FBI is to investigate and present evidence. NOT to decide whether or not to prosecute. If the AG recuses herself, the decision should have gone down her command chain the the deputy AG. Once this new evidence presented itself (650,000 emails!) Comey was dead in the water if he brought it up now, and he was dead in the water if he sat on it until after the election. The AG and DOJ has effed this up and are trying to hang Comey for it after they canonized him last July. As an aside: 650,000 emails! Dayuuum! Here is the kicker...On July 8th, the Libtards were praising Comey for his decision and doing his job...Today, the Libtards are ostracizing Comey for doing his job...It is thoroughly clear how corrupt the US Government has become...The political establishments from both parties need to be run out of DC...

I have to agree with the professor on this one, there was no need to go for the "juggler" in this case.

Apparently there are some Republicans who fall under your "Libtard" moniker... Richard Painter, former chief ethics lawyer for the Bush Administration (Redux), has filed an ethics complaint against Comey for his actions of late. What usually happens when you deal with creating tails-wagging-dogs' stories is that you wind up stepping in poo of your own creation. Ex-Bush Lawyer Says Comey Violated Hatch Act

A smattering of information has emerged about the Weiner/Abedin computer.
* 650,000 is the number of emails on the computer, not the number related to Clinton.
* The Clinton-related emails were found months ago, but Comey thought the proper thing to do was wait until 11 days before the election to drop his fact-free bombshell of innuendo on the public.
* The emails relevant to Clinton were sent to or from Clinton's server. Thus they are all duplicates of emails that the FBI has already examined.
* On a related matter, it comes out today that if Comey had gotten his way, he would have squashed the information that Wikileaks and the hacking of the Democratic National Committee involved the Russian government at the highest levels. His reason (the ultimate hypocrisy) was that it was "too close to the election".

The spin doctors will have a ball with this for years. Maybe Comey is trying to get the election tossed out and give us a do-over! Who's with me on that one?

The fact to all this is, our DOJ and FBI have tainted by politics...the best thing about it is, its all about to fall to pieces on Obama's watch...
