How very unamerican of you. We have a system in this country that has elected presidents, senetors and representatives to do our bidding for over two hundred years. And now that this election is over, with the results you don't like, you are asking the other who are dissatisfied to tell our elected leaders to ignore the WILL OF THE PEOPLE to cast a vote in your favor! I have news for you. A majority of the states believe, and backed up that belief, that Hillary is the one unfit for the office of President of the United States of America. You have two choices. Either put yourself in a place where your voice can be heard by your elected officials within the ethical guidelines of the Constitution in order to effect positive change or sit back and just bitch about it. At least those two choices would be ethical in that you wouldn't be asking people to ignore the people's choice!

Remember all of the racist protests, threats, and riots when Obama was elected?
Me neither.

She was/is the peoples choice. That said there is no changing the results this year, better to fight to dump the electoral college system.

Protesting seems to be the new in-thingie. You steal my ice cream,I will get the world to march and you will regret taking my ice cream . Even tho it is melted by now,it was mine first! In some areas marching may be called for ,but then again some areas it causes more damage than good? More SO WHEN BUILDINGS or burned product is stolen people are killed. The innocent suffer more than the ones it suppose too hit??? That is the American way for some??? Oh well it is what it is. People expressing their freedom I guess. Like the song says: War what is it good for? ?

Yes, the popular vote was for Hillary, however, in our system of government the electoral collage makes the decision. They represent the final voice of the People. To ask them to vote otherwise than the system dictates is unethical. Unethical behaviors seems to bother Democrates when Republicans do it but not vice versa. Then it becomes either an entitlement or a right. One more thing. My name is Jorj. Spelling it any other way moving forward will be considered trolling by me and promptly reported. Have a nice day.

Again you are wrong, the popular vote obviously reflects the choice of the people. The electoral college vote reflects the vote of the people as filtered through the rules of the electoral college. The electoral college was instituted to give a method where by the electors could overrule the popular vote of the people in case the people voted for someone "manifestly unsuited to be president". This probably won't happen but it could and should in this case. P.S. What is a "democates"? P.PS. One of the few times the Orange bigot was right about anything-

I don't think we're screwed John. In fact, you might just be surprised. Good sometimes come in the form of unintended circumstances. Personally, I think this country needs a gut check. At the very least he's gonna do that.

i'm praying that you and hoofie are right jorj and i am trying hard to be optimistic. First of all, remember, it will take at least 8 votes from Democrats to get anything through the Senate. Secondly, I would be very interested in the results if in fact Trump calls in a team of forensic CPA's to see where the money is going. Thirdly, look at the immigration laws for Canada and tell me the US shouldn't use that as a model. >>LINK<<Lastly, and most importantly, remember when the country went ballistic after Trump said he might not accept the results of the election? Why are some of the Clinton supporters not accepting the results of the election?
I was less than thrilled when Obama was elected in 2008, but hoped he could bring racial peace that our country deserves. Small children looked up to him and had hope that maybe some day they too could be president. Let's just say that it didn't work out. It's all water under the bridge. I hope that the Trump administration doesn't come out blaming the prior administration for what's going wrong. Give it a chance, there will be another contest for the job in 4 years.

I really believe within the first year we will see the direction, and by the second year there's more of an opportunity to control the decisions...Yet for these first 2 years, I don't believe Trump can just ram down anyone's throats anything as did Obama...He's not going to play that way, but if he did, the left would have a cow about it...He's already pushing back a bit on Obamacare...and that is the part where kids can remain on their parents policies up until 26 years old...Which will be costly, but still he's going to have to have an non-bias group of experienced individuals to review Obamacare and make some decisions as to amend it or repeal it all together...The best part about this will be is that the review of it will not be something done behind closed doors...
