You haven't posted in a day or so. Just hope you are traveling and enjoying your Mustang!

I wish. Just been busy with the fallout from the hurricane. Our warehouse in Lake Charles took some damage and power has been out for 2 weeks now.

We've had to lay off around 12 people because of the storm. Hopefully will get them back soon.
But it's now Friday afternoon, and time for some Mustang.

Looks like another hurricane coming. Right now I'm on the western edge of the cone. Probably won't take it out after today. I'll wash it, cover it up and tuck her in for the storm.

:-(
Looks like Tuscaloosa will get it worse than Lafayette. They are expecting excessive rain for next week here in Tuscaloosa.

Yep. Get your grass cut, because you got some rain on the way.

Actually no. Because it shoots up whenever it rains. So if I cut it now, it will just grow like crazy after it rains and I will have to cut it again.

Again, Hoofie are you okay? Just making sure. Just hoping that you are having to deal with work stuff in Lake Charles.

This storm was harder on us than Laura was. My power has been out since 7PM Friday. My house is only one of 6 in my neighborhood with no roof damage. Had to drive to Cecilia to find an open self serve car wash to clean up the Mustang. Lafayette did better than the open rural areas. Most of Lafayette Parish had power by last night. Acadia Parish and Jefferson Davis Parish are mostly still dark. Lots of trees down everywhere and tons of shingles missing.

My mom (in rural St. Martin Parish - yes, I know that is redundant) just got electricity back yesterday at 4:00. Her house is fine. My brother needs a new roof (shingles) and my sister will need to have some work done on her roof. She lost a few shingles. I am just glad that my family is fine. My cousins in Lake Charles are well. They went to their daughter's in Hammond. I have not heard about the damage to their houses yet.

Finally got power at 6 last night. Hot showers are very under rated.
