I hope I can stay awake long enough to catch it. It's a given that Hillary will try to push Trump's buttons to see if he blows up. What do you think Trump will do?

Maybe YouTube has ruined live television. What questions should be asked?

Maybe YouTube has ruined live television. What questions should be asked? Maybe more like what questions should not be asked. For instance anything about the recent shootings in Charlotte or Tulsa because they have a police chief along with other leaders do why politicise it anymore. Let the system & process play out.

I honestly don't think she's going to do much to push his buttons, unless he takes Gennifer Flowers up on her offer to sit beside Mark Cuban front row tonight. Yesterday morning, all of his surrogates and campaign talk-heads were feigning ignorance of Ms. Flowers pending attendance, but I wouldn't put it past him to introduce her to the audience and Clinton, should she (Flowers) appear on his behalf. I wonder if Trump will attempt to bring up the Jeffrey Epstein connections, given his recent inclusion in the rape/pedophilia sewer-fest surrounding Epstein and his associations, of which Frmr. President Clinton is remotely connected - though it's not clear if he actively participated - unlike the allegations thrown out against Trump in recent days. Trump Rape LawsuitI'm truly hoping that both candidates stay "on point" and discuss/debate policy issues and plans for our country moving forward. I'm not holding my breath, though.

I watched it. Not much news worthy as both sides got their jabs in.

I believe it was a coast job for Trump...I don't believe he wanted to unload on her...There remains 2 more debates...and the next one will probably rollout the same...but the 3rd will be the one to remember...just due to the fact its closer to the election date...So, Trump and Clinton better be on their best game...

I think that Donald had plenty of opportunity to skillfully debate Clinton. And I think the several good points he did make were overshadowed by interruptive comments. However he did better than I thought he would. If he could continue to respond in rebuttals like he did when he addressed NAFTA he'd slaughter the liar.
Just my opinion of course.

CNN was caught in a lie on their polls...the polled 571 people...they said, Clinton won by 62% to 27%...What they failied to mention was, 47% of those 571, indicated being democrat and only 26% indicated republican, with the rest as independent...
Out of the legitimate polls, The Hill, CBS, New York Times and others, gave the debate to Trump...Not by any great margin, but it seems that even the left wing media recognized the defeat...

The margin of error given to Trump is vastly different than the margin of error given to Clinton in this first debate. Trump's only threshold was to remain calm and stay on point. Clinton, however, had to appear open, trustworthy, not get bogged down in detail, keep her emotions in check, be personable, etc. Trump just had to "not be Trump" for 90 minutes.

The problem with Clinton is she had no choice....she owns the Obama destruction and can't go against what she knows is a disaster...Killary is toast no matter which way she goes...
