The number of Democrats that say they will boycott the inauguration has passed 40. Very classy Democrats, very classy. Remember all the haters that boycotted the Obama inauguration? Me neither.

i find it disgraceful. they all should be leading by example. protesting is one thing, missing an inauguration of the future president regardless of how they feel about him is another thing when you are a congressional member.

If Trump does well, and that's a big if, the mid-term elections in 2018 will be a disaster for the Democrats that have showed their ass.

the ones showing their ass are the globalists who accept bribes from industry such as big pharma.
the only True democrats anymore i can discern are Warren and Sanders.
they have been the most vocal on causes that the American people care about, the rest? they are the swamp that needs draining.

Sanders views would have been balanced out by congress but I did like a lot of those views. Warren, just like the gun grabber bitch in California is just a bully and has no business in government.

As usual your memory is either very short or very biased- There were no where near as many and they weren't obnoxiously public about it. First you denied that Republicans boycotted President Barack Hussein Obamas inauguration, now suddenly you admit that they did boycott but you claim to know that it was "no where as many" as whatever. How do you claim knowledge of the the numbers of those you didn't know existed? The birthers who claimed Obama was born in Kenya and was not legitimately our president weren't obnoxiously public about it? Then there is the offshoot of birtherism (like you promoted hoofie) that denied that we had made history with our first Black president by claiming that Obama wasn't actually Black. Do you claim that the despicable bigotry you joined in on wasn't obnoxiously public? By the way, I'm getting a real kick out of your continued defense of your tiny handed Putin puppet after all your posts claiming that you weren't a Drumph supporter.

First of all I never denied Republicans boycotted. Here is the exact quote from my original post: I did not explicitly say there were none. I was merely pointing out that it was such a non event that no participants come to mind. Secondly, You continue to argue against science. While President Obama identifies as black, his father was Kenyan and his mother and maternal grandparents are explicitly Caucasian. Barack Obama sits with his grandparents Stanley and Madelyn Dunham in New York City in the 1980s
Lastly, I was not a Trump supporter until he was the nominee facing Hillary Clinton. There was no way I was ever going to support Mrs Clinton. I despised Ted Cruz as well, but would have supported him against Clinton. Now that Trump is our president, he deserves the same chance that Obama got. Why is the left so afraid of success?

I agree completely. Democrats should band together and vow that their number one goal is to make Trump a one term president, then follow through by blocking everything he tries to do including blocking judicial appointments including up to the Supreme Court.
