The fewer things you can do in a certain shoe, the more expensive it is.

An animal's best defense against humans is not tasting good to them.

Having a garbage disposal in the drain would really unlock the full potential of showering.

Sharing a WTF look with a stranger is one of the most intimate moments you can have Very true. Like when you witness person A cutting off person B in traffic and you and person B share the WTF look.

If customer service is always bad for you, it’s probably because you are a crappy customer..

There should be an emergency hotdog that reheats when you crack it like a glow stick.

Household ketchup bottles have see through containers, while mustard doesn’t. But in restaurants, the mustard packets are see through and ketchup isn’t.

Everything in the entire universe is either a potato or not a potato. The generalized version of this law of logic was first stated by the ancient Greek Stoic logicians, and was named by Medieval logicians the Law of the Excluded Middle. There is nothing in the middle between potato and not potato. Logicians of the 1800s expressed it as "p v ~p". v stands for "vel", the Latin for "or". However, we should not assume that p stands for "potato".
It is also called the Law of the Excluded Third, a third does not exist. Not to be confused with Ranger06's "Tertium non est". I think his motto said in Latin something like "Lead or follow. A third does not exist."

Salt was found by people picking up rocks and licking them until they found one that tasted good.

Kind of close, but there is a third option. Aut disce, aut discede; manet sors tertia, caedi. = “Either learn or depart; a third choice remains—to be flogged.” - Motto, of the Schoolroom, Winchester College, St Mary's College www.british-history.ac.uk/report.asp?compid=42044"On the west wall a huge tablet contains the famous jingle Aut disce, aut discede, manet sors tertia caedi. Above Aut disce are the rewards of learning, the mitre and crozier; above Aut discede the resort of those who departed, the sword and the pen and ink-horn; while above Manet sors tertia caedi, the last word of which is in large letters, 'the third lot to be flogged,' is the 'bibling rod.' The lines and probably the emblems were on the wall of the old school." This passage is found toward the bottom, 5 paragraphs above the picture of the Winchester House.
